Food went down a treat we reloaded three times am glad everyone enjoyed the snacks and cake.

Anyone know of these people?
Very strange we are more or less a 5* service shop. Well all i can say we try our best to make sure we give the best service. I wouldn’t be hurt or bothered if i was a rogue in business but i genuine give my everything into my business making sure standards and service is kept extremely high!

I do not appreciate reviews like this. Expecially when i don’t recognise any of these and there has been no complaints for months and if so we dealth with any complaints in the correct manner.

This is unfair an iphone 11 like we would give a phone back charge them for a battery and give it back faulty. Make sense please its unheard of. If its faulty we offer a 3 months warranty then please bring it back with your receipt your covered.

And the phone situation we havn’t had a return on phone thats had an issue for a long time. Especially the situation the person stating below. These review were given days apart. So seems about fishy. But they haven’t uploaded invoices i requested or no evidence to support they have been in my shop.

Am genuinely upset as i believe as a business i am been wrongly targetted.

I will be continue to report these reviews.

And in the future i aint perfect but if theres ever a problem with anything from my shop come see me theres a always a solution for sure
