What a busy morning at We Are Wakefield 2026 September First Friday!

There was a buzz in the air (maybe because the kids are back at school 😉) and lots of chatter from incredible business owners. We were chatting so much, photos are few but we managed a couple!

As a theatre lover, Becka always loves being in this venue and can’t help capture the stunning building that is Theatre Royal Wakefield. It was heart-warming to hear from Sarah regarding everything that goes on at the theatre.

Hearing about OnSide was inspiring and we’re excited to see the new youth zone develop in Wakefield.

Becka caught up with the lovely Sarah and Adrian had to sit down so Cathy didn’t look too small for the photo 🤣
