Got this vintage sewing machine going again.
it was made in the 70/80's in the UK.

Ps, I'm not a trained sewing machine mechanic so I guess I just inherited the nack from my mother, Ursula Hynes.

Mum worked in Desmond's factory for many years, then spent some time teaching the girls how to stitch in the OMAGH YOUTH & COMMUNITY WORKSHOP, Castle street Omagh. Mum later headed back to Desmond's to be an NVQ sewing assessor.

Mum and I actually used to service the sewing machines in Enniskillen Tech!!! That was a nice memory to have ❤️

She won't see this as she left FB many years ago, but I love her very much and I thank her for passing on the mechanical side of sewing 🙏

(I don't know why the screen has gone all blurry 🥲 )

One Toshiba laptop that's been round the block a few times has had an upgrade.
Double RAM & an SSD installed making this mature fella fit to run the block for a few more years ❤️❤️✨✨✅✅

Come with me to a residential home in Omagh and meet my long term client Aidan 🙂👍
Today's job was supplying a fire TV stick tuned with official apps from 3 European news and media outlets.
Aidan enjoys a few extra languages and no better way than to learn the ropes with new tech.
Also on the cards today, a new SIM card from Giffgaff with old number ported over and a recurring £6 goody bag.
That will save him from the arduous walk into town to top up

So 2 birds with one stone today.
