Mobile Applications litter our screens. I would much rather have access to get in, do my business and get out FAST. Business needs to stop asking if I would "Recommend to a friend" They should be asking "How easy were we to do business with today?" Interesting things happening now. Just 4 days after the GDPR deadline and maybe less than one-week after several companies asked me to "opt in" otherwise they will not be allowed to email me.... I just got emails from 7 of those companies that I specifically didn't opt in to! Glad its working for you!
