ℹ️ A start-up business trusted us to fully equip their new premises with a complete suite of IT solutions and services. We provided data cabling, a new server and computers, cloud services, VOIP telephony, and network infrastructure to get them running from the ground up. They also opted for our comprehensive support and maintenance package to ensure ongoing reliability and peace of mind.
✔️ IT Systems: A new server was installed to centralise all users, data, and services, enabling regular backups, monitoring, and updates. Advanced antivirus, ransomware, and malware protection were implemented to provide centralised security. The server is also protected by an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to ensure continuous operation and resilience. In addition, all staff were equipped with new computers, monitors, and printers, fully set up and ready for immediate use.
✔️ Cloud Services: We introduced a complete suite of cloud services to support collaboration and business continuity. This included domain registration and branding, web hosting, professional email with full antispam protection, and shared Microsoft 365 services for seamless team collaboration and secure file sharing. Online offsite backups were implemented to safeguard critical data, and remote access via VPN allows users to work from home and securely access server data whenever needed.
✔️ Telephones: We deployed our advanced cloud-based Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone system called "InSync Voice," providing an extensive range of features to enhance the day-to-day operations of the business. This system was accessible through desk phones both in the office and at home, allowing efficient customer management both during and outside regular business hours with flexibility for home working.
✔️ Data Cabling & Wireless: With limited office space, we installed a vertical wall-mount data cabinet housing a managed PoE gigabit switch to power VOIP phones and provide central management. A new gigabit fibre internet connection was set up with a firewall router and wireless system. Category 6 cabling was neatly trunked, routed to new data points around the building, terminated into a patch panel, and fully tested. Once complete, all devices were patched in and ready for use.
✔️ Support & Maintenance: The customer has opted for our fully managed support package, which includes remote monitoring tools and a dedicated helpdesk. All systems are proactively managed and fully supported, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and rapid assistance whenever needed.
