🛠 What I Do:
- Phone Repairs – Screens, batteries, cameras, and general fixes (iOS & Android)
- PC Clean-Up & Maintenance – Keep your system running smoothly with scheduled scans and tune-ups
- Security Updates & Troubleshooting – Windows updates, antivirus setup, BIOS/UEFI issues, and diagnostics
- Network Help – Wi-Fi, printers, routers, and general connectivity problems
- Custom PC Builds – Bespoke computers built to your exact needs (gaming, work, or home use)
- General Windows Support – From a simple restart or click of a button to replacing damaged components like PSUs or storage drives.
💡 How I Work:
✅ Windows OS's currently (sorry, no Mac OS or Linux) (iOS and Android still available)
✅ Download/Install Windows 10 or 11 - Many people including myself had a few hiccups whilst installing Windows 11. All good now.
✅ Remote Support Available – Many issues can be fixed from my desktop at home while you relax at home with a warm cup of tea this winter
✅ Install Essential Software - Whilst fully uninstalling potentially unwanted programmes known as (PUPs) and other bloated Windows Apps
✅ Call-Ins & Call-Outs available, depending on the job (Call out's are more expensive) – For more technical issues that need hands-on work
✅ Physically Clean Components - using compressed air and inti static brushes, your PC will look as good as new. Remove the dust from the case, heatsinks and more
✅ Free Initial Quotes – I’ll always assess the problem and give you a clear price before we go further, let me know what your wanting done and your budget, then we can work accordingly
✅ Industry Network – If I can’t fix it, I’ve got trusted group friends in the trade who can
🕒 Hours & Pricing:
- Mon–Fri: 10am–6pm
- Sat-Sun: Closed
- Jobs before or after these hours: +£20 charge
- Pricing Options (varied on the task and location)
- Low Effort Fixes: £10–£20
- Moderate jobs: £25–£50
- Complex repairs (hardware replacement, network setup): £50+
- Or £15–£25/hour for ongoing troubleshooting
(All quotes depend on severity and timing, but I’ll always be upfront and fair.)
