Latest COVID Notice

We are open for business as usual but we recommend making an appointment before visiting as we sometimes have to work out of the office.

Our main door is usually kept locked. Knock when you arrive and we will let you in.

Only one customer (or family group) in the shop at any one time.

Facemasks must be worn at all times.

Please use the hand sanitiser provided.

Do not go beyond the counter as this is a staff-only area.

This is the stunning Cromlix Hotel near Dunblane, one of several 5 star luxury hotels we provide IT services and support to. We've been busy working at Cromlix over the weekend, upgrading the hotel's W-Fi network in preparation of their reopening today. Delighted to see them back open to the public once again.

Latest Covid Update
8th January 2021

Due to the national lockdown currently in force, our shop & office is closed to the public. We are, however, working normal business hours and we're available for remote/telephone support as usual. If you have an urgent problem that can't be fixed remotely, we may be able to arrange drop-off/collection at the office door. This must be arranged in advance and customers will not be allowed to enter the premises. Payment for repairs will need to be made over the phone by debit/credit card prior to the system being collected.

Sorry for any inconvenience but we're doing our best to keep our customers and staff safe.

Christmas/New Year Opening Hours

We will close for business at 2pm on Thursday 24th December and hope to re-open at 9am on Monday 18th January 2021. This is obviously dependant on the Covid protection level in force in at the time.

Whilst we are closed, we will continue to monitor voicemail messages, emails, and Facebook messenger. Business customers with an active annual service agreement should contact us in the usual manner if you have any technical issues and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

We would like to thank all our lovely customers for your business throughout what has been a very difficult year. Stay safe, have a merry Christmas, and let's hope 2021 is a better year for all of us.

Updated Notice regarding COVID-19 outbreak

5th June 2020

We are continuing to work from home, providing telephone and remote support. However, we are now starting to make appointments for customers to visit the office if they have an urgent computer problem which cannot be fixed remotely.

Visits are strictly by appointment only, and only one customer (or family group) will be allowed in the office at any one time. Please use the alcohol gel provided and do not go beyond the counter as this is a staff only area.

Currently, we are not providing any home or office visits.

Like many, we have been working from home for the past few weeks and have had some spare time on our hands so decided to spend it wisely studying for the new Microsoft 365 (Office 365) certifications.

It has been a few years since we last sat any Microsoft exams, but I am delighted (and relieved) to say that both Paul and I have passed and now have the Microsoft 365 Certified - Fundamentals certification.

No time to celebrate, though, as we have moved on to studying for the more advanced Modern Desktop Administrator certification. Watch this space!

Following the statement by the government on 23rd March 2020, our shop and offices will be closed until further notice.
