Last week we delivered a large-scale production setup at Nottingham Racecourse, overcoming a significant last-minute challenge when adverse weather conditions forced a complete redesign of the event layout.
Working against the clock, we reconfigured the production to create a setup that remained visually impactful while maintaining excellent sightlines across the site. The final design featured two 3m high LED screens alongside a 3m wide LED front of DJ booth screen, showcasing event branding and headliner content throughout the day.
To ensure the visuals remained visible from the rear of the audience area, we also built a raised 12ft x 8ft stage platform for the performance position.
On the audio side, we supplied a Funktion-One system comprising 4 x Resolution 4 loudspeakers and 6 x F218 bass enclosures, supported by dedicated delay stacks using Resolution 2 loudspeakers and additional F218 subs. Headline DJ technical requirements were covered with a Pioneer DJM-V10 and 3 x CDJ-3000s.
We also supplied and installed the front-of-stage Mojo crowd barrier system.
