#50 Week 39 - MUCH PPE

Working hard on-site this week with Gavin Kemp, filming a promotional video ready for an important client presentation. Combining multiple skills - project management, storyboarding, content ideas, videography and a bucket full of thinking on our feet situations - it's certainly a team effort.

Brilliant to meet loads of lovely people along the journey and look forward to showcasing their skills with the finished product.

It was a pleasure to work with ALSTOM on a fabulous project celebrating 100 years since the Northern line reached Morden. Family, friends and stakeholders got an inside look at what keeps one of London's busiest Underground lines moving.

From concept through to print and installation, the TNF team designed and produced bespoke freestanding displays that showcased the people behind Alstom’s operations at their Morden and Golders Green Traincare Centres, as well as a historic timeline of the Northern line.

#50 Week 38 - MET PETER RABBIT

Always an honour to work with the Penguin Random House team (Penguin Ventures) on their brand licencing stand at Excel. This year celebrates 125 years of Peter Rabbit. My favourite fact of the day is that Benjamin Bunny is actually holding red radishes, not carrots.

The TNF team worked super hard for an efficient build and finished the take down very late last night. Will post lots of fab pics from this years exhibition stand soon.

#50 Week 37 - PAINTING AT THE PINES

For some quality time out, my friend Louise and I sat in the fab sunny surroundings of Sherwood Pines last weekend and did a spot of art. There were many people around due to some kind of medieval malarky going on - but we stayed well clear and concentrated on the trees, chocolate and no seco. Dogs came too!###x

Recently we spent time photographing a whopping 200 product photos for Oshino Lamps UK , a manufacturer and supplier of filament, gas-filled and LED illuminated products.

These behind-the-scenes pics show the organisation and planning behind the shoot. Each product was sorted and styled with the client in mind using an impressive spreadsheet, ensuring coherence from photo to photo.

#50 Week 36 - SILENCE OF THE LAMBS - ON STAGE

Superb production of this classic movie at Theatre Royal Nottingham last weekend - especially as I had the honour of my eldest in tow (this warrants as scary enough, and has enough bad language for her to approve).

It certainly captivates and was a cracking evening!

Highly recommended - always sad when the show ends - seems so real!

When ALSTOM announced their new Adessia Stream train order for their Derby Litchurch Lane Works, they needed to ensure a centrepiece mock-up matched the moment.

Starting with their existing life-size train interior, our team built a full timber frame around it, then wrapped the exterior in a custom black fabric finish, all on an incredibly tight turnaround. Carriage and cab together stretch over 16.5 metres, making it one of our largest wraps to date.

This is what we do best: exhibits and event displays, temporary or permanent, built to look professional and to solve whatever the space throws at us.

#50 Week 35 - WELL DONE ZORAH

I think Zorah Winter in our office deserves a social post this week instead of me.

After running a whopping 27 miles on trails round Yorkshire last weekend (The Yorkshireman Trail Marathon). Finished in a brilliant time and all in one piece. Even went for a small jog with me the day after. 😳 👟
