We are a growing East Midlands-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting ambitious SMEs. As we scale, we are building out our client relationship function and hiring a Client Services Manager to become a key member of our commercial and client services team.

This is not an administrative support role, it is a commercially focused, client-facing position with a clear pathway to Account Manager.
