A note from our founder: Benjamin G. M. Solomon
People sometimes ask why I started an IT MSP.
Truth is, it wasn’t a grand business plan – it was my obsession with business IT and the realisation that I’m genuinely good at using it to help people.
From a very young age I was told I was "engineer minded" - I loved figuring out how a machine worked, WHY it did what it did.
I saw too many businesses stressed by systems they didn’t understand, support that only reacted when things broke, and tech that got in the way instead of getting out of it.
So I built a service around care, not just contracts – where we talk like humans, focus on the business outcome, and make IT something you don’t have to worry about.
And honestly? It still doesn’t feel like work to me. I love what I do that much.
