We've been a bit quiet on LinkedIn of late as we've been really busy with so many exciting changes behind the scenes.

We'll be sharing more about all of that though over the coming months....

But we couldn't wait shout about how proud we are of Danny Snelling who yesterday attended his first ever Hackathon at Norwich University of the Arts run by Norwich Business Improvement District (BID)and Norfolk County Council.

Danny's team only went and won the day!!!! We were particularly pleased that their pitch was not only an app and website but that it included an AI voice chat agent which is already part of the MT Comms product line-up.

Well done Danny - we're looking forward to hearing more about it....

Finally, we can make it official…

From 1 May, MT Comms will be operating from our new premises on the top floor of 13 The Close.

After a week moving office furniture and equipment we will be settling in over the next couple of days, ready to start from our lovely new location on Wednesday.

It’s fantastic to be in such a prestigious location after 12 years of trading from other parts of our fine city. We are really excited about this next phase of MT Comms.

We love to keep our customers happy!

We love it even more when they tell us.

This week a long standing customer of almost 10 years presented us with a written (and very nicely framed) testimonial which he hand delivered!

We were very humbled to receive this wonderful and unexpected praise.

Our lead engineer Matt completed deployment of our award winning Xelion platform for TMO highways in 2023. This enabled them to add webchat, call recording and many other significant key benefits that has helped to streamline their business communications.

We value our client feedback very highly, and feedback often paves the way for our platforms future development!

We’ve been little quiet on social media of late at MT Comms HQ but that doesn’t mean that there’s not lots going on for us at the moment.

In fact, it’s quite the opposite and we are hoping to have a rather big announcement to make very soon.

Our team at MT Comms are excited to partner with Citizens Advice, for the first time this year.

We are continuing to support Priscilla Bacon Hospice as a proud 500 Club member. This will be our second year and we’re looking forward to once again meeting our pledge as Silver members.
