AI won’t fix bad data.

Rich H. made that point at our AI in Business event. The tech can work, but if your account is messy or there isn't enough data, AI has nothing to learn from. What goes in affects what comes out.

Watch the clip to hear Rich explain why better automation starts with better foundations.

Saving time on the first draft sounds great until you spend double that time checking the work.

At our AI in business event, Neal Riley shared research from Adaptavist on what they refer to as the verification tax. When AI does the first draft, people end up spending more time checking, editing, and approving its output.

Watch the clip to hear Neal explain it.

A few ideas stayed with us following our AI in business event.

Our speakers discussed everything from building AI capabilities across teams to questioning where automation adds value. The biggest takeaway? AI works best when it solves a real problem, and people stay responsible for the judgments.

We’ve put together six key takeaways from the event. Swipe through below.

Your social feed won't tell you everything.

Here are the platform trends and updates brands should have on their radar.

Our first in-person event at the Brew Digital Norwich office is officially in the books.

Earlier this week, we brought together peers and curious minds for AI in Business: Strategy, Transformation and the Human Factor. Across four talks, Gareth Llewellyn, Neal Riley, Rich Harper and James Wi**er looked at AI from very different angles, from building AI capability across teams to changes happening in digital marketing, the human impact of adoption, and how we think about value as the work changes.

The conversations were honestly the best part: genuinely good questions, a lot of different opinions in the room, and people still engaging well after the final talk.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, and to our speakers for giving us plenty to think about.

We've got more to share from the evening, including some of the key ideas and takeaways. Keep an eye out!

We asked our speakers what businesses should consider when it comes to AI.

James Wi**er's take: Relying on AI for generalised advice is fine, but building your whole strategy on it is a quick way to sound like everyone else.

Join us in Norwich tomorrow, 4:00-6:00 PM, to hear Jim talk about redefining value in the age of AI.

AI fluency looks very different across a team. Some use it daily, while others are still working out where it fits into their workflow.

At our upcoming AI in Business event, Gareth Llewellyn, our Managing Director, will share how Brew Digital's tackling that gap, the plan behind growing AI skills across the business, and what it takes to support people starting from very different places.

Curious how other teams are approaching AI adoption? Join us in Norwich on 29th September.
