Upgraded & Setup clients desktop computer.

Hardware changes:
RAM upgraded to 32GB
CPU upgraded to Intel i5-8400 2.90GHz
GPU installed. (NVIDIA Quadro k620)
Old HDD swapped for 3 SSD's

System/Software changes:
SSD formatting for system, files & games
CPU on-board graphics driver installed
GPU driver installed

IT Support:
Quick training on new file system
& training on how to set a default GPU for applications.

Fixed a driver issue a client was having after removing a GPU.

Screen resolution was poor and desktop would only display to one monitor.

After fixing this and installing the correct driver to use the on-board graphics within the CPU, the desktop displayed to both monitors and with a good quality picture.

Fixed USB over current issue causing computer to shutdown after power on.

After testing it seemed that it was not an issue with any USB device but with a port itself.

We disconnected the problematic USB modules which fixed the issue.

We offered to replace the front ports module so that the front USB ports could work again but the client politely declined as they only use the rear USB ports.
