📢 KP-PCBuilds Update – Quotes, Pricing & Stock Availability

You may soon spot KP-PCBuilds at ASDA Drayton High Road in Norwich, with our new advert due to go live later this year. 👀

As the business continues to grow, we also want to keep everyone updated on one important change to how we handle quotations and invoices.

⏱️ Quotes & Invoices – 24 Hour Validity

Due to the rapidly changing PC component market, all new quotations and invoices will now be valid for 24 hours from the time they are issued.

Once that 24-hour period has passed, stock and pricing will need to be checked again and a new quote or invoice prepared.

Unfortunately, component pricing is currently changing far too quickly for us to guarantee prices for longer periods.

💾 RAM and storage have been particularly affected.
This time last year, 32GB of DDR5-6000Mhz could be purchased for around £80. We are now seeing comparable kits listed at over £400 in some cases.

Storage prices have also more than doubled on many products, while we're now seeing GPU prices beginning to rise as well.

Motherboard pricing has increased slightly, and we expect other areas of the market, including CPUs, to remain under pressure over the coming months.

Stock availability is changing just as quickly.

The move to a 24-hour quote and invoice window allows us to secure components at the prices quoted and, most importantly, continue giving our customers the best value we can.

If a particular component becomes unavailable when an order is placed, we will select a suitable equivalent with the same performance or better, ensuring the overall quality of your system isn't compromised.
