Hi if you are using Windows 11
Watch out for a Microsoft update KB5086672 on some machines this update is removing the WiFi and network connections completely from Windows and broadband connection is lost. It’s not straight forward getting it back.
I would advise pausing updates for a few weeks.
To do this

Click on Start button
Click on Settings
Click on Windows updates
Then select the dropdown option on Pause updates and select at least two weeks or more.

Microsoft are working on a fix for this as I understand it.
