Anyone in marketing knows the score.
You’ve done a great job for a customer, and a follow-on testimonial from the customer gives you the perfect opportunity to tell the world how great you are.
The client says they will write one for you, and then you wait. And wait. And you realise that you will be of pensionable age before you get it. Option 2 is to write it yourself and send it to the client for approval. And that can work, but the Testimonial can be generic and uninspiring.
Or you could get this original little beauty courtesy of the lovely people at Arctic Windows Ltd in Buckley, who’s website we just finished 😊
“After endlessly trawling the internet for someone who would understand and deliver our brief for a shiny new website and not just pop in, loudly blurt out a load of jargon, drink all our tea and nod intently but not actually listen, we found Miltec and decided to give them a go.
Expecting the worst one drizzly February morning (as you do), we met with Bruce. Bruce popped in, used some jargon (then explained it in a way that made sense); drank our tea (only some of it) and nodded intently (turns out he was actually listening!).
Everyone at Miltec have delivered exactly what we asked for while managing our expectations and offering plenty of helpful advice, and the result is a website that we’re really pleased with.
We’d happily recommend Miltec to anyone looking for a friendly, professional team that just gets it done.”
Thanks so much!
