As I make my way back to London for the third time this week, I'm reflecting on all the ideas and connections I made and nurtured on Wednesday.

It was great see some Sisters of , including Lisa Webb, Lynne of Funny Women, Susan Rahman of Boodl and the host Lorraine Thomas.

Lorraine Thomas is building something rather special with her co-conspirators, Lara, Michelle, Kylie and Mia.

They've launched PRIME. A space for thought-leading women who want more from life. To give more and be more. And this event was a way to bring us together to share ideas.

It's all about discovering your mission, to make an impact and leave a real legacy. I've already been pondering how I can make a lasting difference around me. I can offer more than just 'pretty pictures'.

A couple of weeks ago I headed to Canva HQ in London for the SocialDay "Content That Performs in 2026" event after I had been to V&A East in the afternoon.

It was such a great evening with a panel discussion about what's actually working in social media right now and of course a bit about AI. It was hosted by Social Day and Digital Women founder, Lucy Hall. The panel included Archana Dhankar, Rhianne Lee, Anthony Leung & Dan Knowlton on the stage.

There was plenty of time to chat with other people in the industry over drinks and pizza when we arrived. I enjoyed chatting with Lorna Bladen, heading up the Small Business community and Gonzalo Rosado Morgan the community leader for the UK at Canva.

And a highlight for me was bumping into a few fellow Digital Women members, Jaysica Marvell, Anna Skipwith and Fatema Haji.

This Thursday I'm heading to London for The Ignited Woman Event, hosted by Laura Brunton, and I cannot wait!

It's a full day with 250 brilliant women in business, featuring some incredible speakers. I'm particularly looking forward to hearing from Jo Tutchener-Sharp OBE, Tamu Thomas, author of Women Who Work Too Much and the blooming Sophie Lee, author of Beyond Palatable and founder of Electric Peach.

It looks to be one of those events that's less about sitting and listening and more about really connecting, sharing ideas and coming away genuinely fired up. It's exactly what I need right now.
