1 year of the amazing Maggie's Northampton! 🧡

Yesterday, Rob was delighted to attend Maggie's double celebration - marking 30 years of their incredible work nationwide, and 1 year of bringing vital support to the people of Northamptonshire.

It was wonderful to see the Maggie's team and supporters come together under one roof, celebrating the outstanding care the charity provide to those living with cancer and their loved ones. The speeches throughout the evening were incredibly moving and showcased just how much this support means to local families.

To have been supporting Maggie's as a corporate sponsor since early 2025 has been a real pleasure for everybody at Zinc. Covering everything from practical financial advice to dedicated cancer support specialists, Maggie's are a true gem in our local community.

We continue to be blown away by the brilliance of the local fundraising team, whose passion and dedication to the cause shine through in everything they do!

From Brighton to Bedford, we've been keeping busy!

Last Friday, Rob, Lydia, and Sarah headed to Brighton SEO, the world’s largest search marketing conference.

The team were able to network with lots of truly innovative businesses as well as tune into expert sessions on approaching the ever-changing world of AI visibility, content strategy, consumer psychology, international SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation and Answer Engine Optimisation. They came away with plenty of brilliant takeaways that we’re already weaving into our client strategies.

This week, Rob, Jordan and Jonathan attended the Your Business Expo in Bedford. Thank you to everybody who stopped by our stand to chat about your website and marketing goals!

Our trusty prize wheel was once again a big hit, with a guaranteed win every spin. From 1-2-1 marketing strategies and design time, to ch*****ne, sweet treats and more, we hope our winners are thrilled with their prizes.

We've been busy at Zinc!

First up, Rob attended the Love Corby Expo, where he got chatting to lots of local businesses, including some familiar faces! The event really showed the incredible talent Northamptonshire has to offer, and we were thrilled to be a part of it.

On Wednesday, our apprentice, Abigail attended Mindset, Movement, and Momentum, a Next Generation Chamber event aimed at supporting young people to achieve thier full career potential. Featuring some fantastic and inspirational talks from Trilogy Active and huddleUp, the event provided some great takeaways as well as an opportunity for some local networking!

The group were encouraged to share one thing they were proud of themselves for this year, which Abigail saw as a great way of giving everybody some time to pause and truly reflect on how much they have achieved.

We're excited to also be attending Brighton SEO this week - watch this space!

Hard to beat a day like this! 🏏

Rob, our Head of Business Development, had a lovely time at the Steelbacks VS Somerset Family Day 2026. A fantastic view of the cricket, great company and perfect weather made for a brilliant afternoon.
