🔑 Be honest...

How old is your oldest password?

A year?

Five years?

Ten?

Many people are still using passwords they've had for so long they can't remember where they started.

The problem isn't convenience.

The problem is exposure.

Every data breach, leaked account, or compromised website increases the chance that old passwords end up somewhere they shouldn't.

That's why cyber security experts recommend:

✔ Strong unique passwords
✔ Multi-factor authentication
✔ Password managers
✔ Regular reviews of important accounts

The goal isn't to make life difficult.

It's to make life difficult for attackers.

Because a strong password is often the first line of defence.
