Duties of the Purchasing Administrator are as follows:

*Placing purchase orders and managing back orders
*Chasing outstanding purchase orders by telephone and email
*Liaising between all departments
*Communicating with suppliers
*Assist with invoices queries
*Keeping all purchase orders up to date with correct delivery dates and any information about that order
*Updating individual pricing and setting up new parts

The ideal candidate will;

Have previous experience as an Administrator ideally within a Purchasing environment but this is not essential. If you are a recent college leaver looking for a career then please also get in touch.
Be highly organised an a effective communicator

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor

*Experience working in call center environment or sales admin role.
*Great customer service skills essential.
*A target driven mindset, with a commitment to reach personal and team targets
*Good eye for detail, process focuses and the ability to ensure no stage is missed
*Excellent communication skills

Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm.
