One question we're often asked is, "Why does my repair take time?"
The simple answer is... we want to do the job properly.
When your PC or laptop comes into Northallerton Computer Shop, we don't just replace a part and hope for the best. Every computer goes through a thorough process to make sure it's returned to you in the best possible condition.
Our repair process includes:

Every repair is different. Some faults are straightforward, while others take more time to diagnose and resolve. We'd much rather take the time to repair your computer properly than rush the job and risk the problem returning.

We kindly ask that you avoid calling for repair updates unless it's urgent. If there is any progress, we need to order parts, or your computer is ready to collect, we will always give you a call.
The time we spend answering update calls is time we're unable to spend repairing customers' computers. By allowing us to focus on the repairs, we can complete them more efficiently for everyone.
