We are now able to confirm that our shop will be fully reopened tomorrow (Thursday 25th) at 9AM following the completion of repairs.

Wednesday 24th

Our retail shop and workshop will continue to remain closed throughout today as work is carried out to make our premises operational again.

We are able to provide remote support via email and phone calls as needed while our staff work from home.

We are currently aiming to be fully reopened to the public tomorrow (Thursday the 25th) with normal workshop operations resuming to get repairs completed to our usual high standards as quickly as possible.

Any changes to this timeline will be updated via social media platforms and emails will be sent directly to our customers who currently have open tickets.

We apologise for any inconveniences this closure has caused so far and we do appreciate your patience as we work hard to resolve these issues.

Tuesday the 23rd

The shop will remain closed until further notice following a maintenance issue regarding the plumbing in the shop.

We are now able to respond to phone calls and emails remotely, if you need to get in touch please do so and we will do our best to offer support via a remote session.

Customer devices that are currently in the shop are safe but are not currently available for collection, we intend to contact customers separately regarding physical repairs that are currently in progress.
