Green Card Design

I've been designing and making cards under the moniker Green Card since the early 90s; mainly for friends and clients who have bought my artwork. I have always been interested in environmental issues and, at the time I was originally working on some collage based card designs. A friend commented on how "green" collage was as a medium as it was effectively recycling and reusing things previously considered rubbish. We put the two together and came up with Green Card. These green considerations are still important to me and my work. I work with a fantastic printer who uses only carbon neutral card stock and where possible, envelopes are recycled or carbon neutral too; making my cards REALLY green cards :)
