Harley and Nichola are getting ready to head to the Dance Business Conference (brought to you by Dance Business Lab with Deborah Laws)!💃

This will be our fourth year at this fantastic event, and we always love the chance to catch up with so many of our wonderful clients in person and hear what's been happening in their businesses.

And of course, if you're looking for a new way to manage your dance school, we'd be more than happy to have a chat too.

If you're attending, come and say hi – and don't forget to grab us for a selfie! 📸

“I don't want to pay for a system when I can use paper, notepads, and Excel for free!”

Sound familiar? 😅

For many coaches and activity providers, that's exactly how it starts. But before long you're spending more time chasing invoices, updating spreadsheets and searching for missing bits of paper than doing the job you actually love.

ThinkSmart brings your bookings, payments, registers and customer communication together in one place, so you can get back to the reason you started your business in the first place.

Using paper, notebooks and spreadsheets might feel like it's saving money, but it's worth asking what all that extra admin is really costing you.

What's the one admin task you'd happily never do again?

Struggling to keep on top of your admin this summer? 😩

🔥 And with the Summer Sizzler, sign up now and get ThinkSmart completely free until September 2026. No catches, no hidden fees.

Some days at ThinkSmart involve term set-ups, to-do lists, and at least one “quick question”.

Other days involve holding hands and bouncing round in circles like overexcited primary school children! 😄

Apparently this is what happens when people genuinely enjoy working together – and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💙

😍 Ashley absolutely LOVED her very first event (what’s not to love?)!

A day jam-packed full of inspiration, learning, passion - and the incredible support that we all know the children’s activities sector does so well!

It was an absolute honour to sponsor the Leader of the Year award - congratulations to all the finalists:

Clare Munday
Hannah Cavalier
Helen Simmons
Julie Bevan

And of course to the winner, Anna Neville 🥳

Finally, a big ‘thank you’ to the wonderful Tessa Day for all her hard work in pulling this beast of an event together! 🙌

Who wants to do it all again this weekend?
