From today (06/10/2025) STAR IT will not be taking in any further repairs or offering IT support
Rob is moving on to new pastures and, in light of this, we have, sadly, had to make the decision to close down this arm of Providence Training.
Both Rob and Providence Training would like to say a huge thank you to all of our customer who have used our services and supported us over the years.

Christmas 2024 Opening: We will be closed from the 20th December and will be open again on the 2nd January. From today 11th December until the 6th Jan, whilst we are open, we will be able to book repairs in, however, these will not be worked on until the 7th Jan 2025

Todays news is that a new variant of the Petya/Notpetya that has been dubbed “Bad Rabbit” ransomware is spreading at an alarming rate.

The most common form of infection is installers that appear to be genuine on any compromised webpages. Please be vigilant.
