Great to do our bit during the pandemic. The team at 3Sixty have setup the SSE to facilitate 150 staff as they distribute and vaccinate the people of Northern Ireland. We have provided connectivity on the 10 gb backhaul fully resilient HP network and setup a secure SSID on the Aruba wireless network. The solution provides a fully resilient wireless and wired network to ensure the staff can update the vaccination records as quick as they can vaccinate the patients. It was great to see the transformation and look forward to the future as the SSE vaccination centre aims to vaccinate our wee nation and aim to get us back to some sort of normality.

Installed 2 new blade servers and 2 new circuits colour coded and labelled. SD WAN comes in all shapes and sizes these days. The team recently rolled it out on a purpose built I7 HP solution for a P&O ferries. Used to be you could spot a router in a communications cabinet. But with bare metal switching and SD Wan labels are crucial

Working in Belfast today lining up a Point to Point Wireless link across the city from Arthur Street to Fountain Street. The solution provided an American client from Texas 300 mbps throughput with a 1ms ping time between sites with a 22 ms ping time to the Internet. This is providing connectivity until we can get the 1 gigabit fibre connection completed due to the unfortunate incident at bank buildings. Great views of the City not a bad office for the day.

We had a request to local loop unbundle an exchange for one of our partners. I was surprised after all these years in the Industry this was the first time I was in a BT exchange. It was certainly not what I expected but nice to see and partner very happy with end job.
