Networking usually involves coffee, conversation and swapping a few business cards.
Andrew’s morning involved jumping up and down, lying on the floor pushing against pads and potentially being told by technology that he was old. We think it needs recalibrating!
He was at Tyne Valley Connections in Hexham - a networking group he helped found - where Sara Mather from InSync Physiotherapy was demonstrating how she measures movement, posture, strength and weight distribution.
Andrew was the willing volunteer, of course.
The funny video has a serious purpose. These measurements can show what’s happening after an injury, highlight areas that need support and track how someone’s strength and movement improve as they return to normal activity.
We’re big believers in testing instead of guessing. Whether you’re rebuilding strength or improving a Wix website, good data shows what’s working, where the weaker points are and what to focus on next.
Andrew’s dignity is also expected to make a full recovery.
