Running a small repair shop sometimes feels like being a phone doctor… but with a soft spot 😄📱

🚨 “Your phone is infected!” 🚨
This is one of the most common issues I’ve been seeing recently.

Many customers come in worried their device has a virus because of constant warnings and pop-ups telling them to install “security” or “cleaner” apps. In most cases, this is NOT a real virus.

These are misleading pop-ups and ads designed to scare you into downloading additional software — which often makes the problem worse rather than fixing it.

The actual cause is usually a third-party app installed on the phone.
Common sources include free PDF readers, simple games, or other apps downloaded without much verification.

What I recommend:
• Don’t panic
• Don’t install apps suggested by pop-ups
• Avoid “clean my phone” or random antivirus apps
• Don’t factory reset your phone out of fear

The right approach is to identify the source of the ads and remove it properly.

If your phone is showing these symptoms, I can quickly diagnose the issue and safely fix it for you.
