1: This is an entry-level position for Providing IT support to multiple client environments (MSP role).
2: Applicants are expected to have knowledge of the following,
Administration of Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).
Microsoft Windows 11.
Microsoft Windows Server.
Active Directory (AD).
Structured Networks.
WIFI.
3: Desirable but not required.
Mac OS .
PC and Server repairs.
4: Good communication skills, vital for Client remote support and walk in customers .
5: Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
6: Working hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
7: This is an office-based role in Newry
