As part of our B Corp month celebrations, we initiated some fun activities for our team to get involved.

✏️ We’ve opened up our Pledge Wall.

A simple idea: commit to one action that raises the bar — for our people, our community, our clients, or our planet.

🥊 For a bit of energy (and accountability), we launched our first ever Impact Games.

Where the team can earn points by taking small actions that support our B Corp commitments.

💚 We’ve also brought two of our charity partners into the conversation.

We were joined by Amy Harris from The Hygiene Bank who shared powerful insights into hygiene poverty in the UK and the impact it has on millions of people.

Finally, Laura Farrell-Pronesti from Groundwork NE & Cumbria talked to our team about their work across the region, including the wild oyster restoration project in Sunderland.

This marks an important step in our growth journey, bringing together hedgehog lab’s expertise in AI delivery, product design and software development with Label Sessions’ proven innovation methodology and global network of more than 500 experts.

While this is a strategic move that strengthens our ability to support clients from idea to scalable, AI-enabled products, it is first and foremost a meeting of minds. 🌟 We are proud to support Manchester Digital’s T Connect programme, an initiative helping to grow the next generation of digital talent across Greater Manchester. It gives learners structured, industry-led experience that builds practical skills, confidence and real insight into digital careers.

Recently, our colleagues John Hunt and Jack Chapman joined as technical mentors, working with students on a live brief and giving them hands-on exposure to modern engineering workflows. Their sessions helped students move from theory into practice and sparked real curiosity about the possibilities of tech.

We are excited to continue supporting an initiative that aligns so closely with our mission to digitally craft a better world. 💙

We are excited to release our new video case study with Teachmate, an AI-driven platform used by more than 370,000 teachers across the world.🚀

Teachmate needed a platform that could support rapid growth, deliver reliability and unlock new opportunities for innovation. Our team rebuilt the product from the ground up, creating a cloud-native, scalable system ready for the next chapter of EdTech.

🌟 Recently, our team took part in BIMA Digital Day 2025, an inspiring initiative that brings digital professionals into schools to spark curiosity and confidence in the next generation of tech talent.

This year marked our fifth year in a row taking part with Marden High School, and it was brilliant to return again. The students brought creativity, energy and big ideas to the challenge, thinking like digital strategists, designers and innovators while exploring how technology shapes the world around them.

We are proud to support initiatives that help young people discover the possibilities of a career in digital and encourage them to see where their interests and skills could take them. Engaging with future talent is always a privilege and a reminder of how bright the next generation already is.
