Another great Collaboration Week here at ZeroLight.

With a very important project launch underway, we mixed things up this time, giving teams the flexibility to build their own 3-day on-site schedules and focus on face to face teamwork.

We still made plenty of time to connect as a company, kicking things off with an update from our CEO, Darren, over breakfast from Made Deli. We fuelled up mid-week with a pizza lunch from Scream for Pizza, and wrapped up with a very special video curated by our Chief Innovation Officer, Chris.

To celebrate a successful quarter, we headed to The Sandhill Arms for a well-earned social, complete with amazing food and sweet treats from our friends at Cake Stories!

Celebrating a fantastic quarter! 🌟 We closed out our summer collaboration week enjoying the sunshine at South Causey Inn.

Taking the time to step back, relax, and connect over beers and burgers was the perfect way to reward the team for all their hard work and dedication recently. Thank you to everyone for making this quarter such a big success!

We have now moved into our permanent space at Generator Studios! We’ve swapped “standard office” vibes for an open-plan, contemporary studio that fits the way we work. Whether it’s a lunch time walk along the Quayside, or a quick session in the on-site gym, our new home is all about team wellness and collaboration. We are back! After a much-needed festive break, the team is back in the office and feeling refreshed.

We wrapped up 2025 on such a high note with Decembers Collaboration Week, topped off by an epic party and our Employee Recognition Awards! It was the perfect way to celebrate all the hard work that went into the year.
