Please be aware that if you want Aled for quotes/jobs etc, then you have to leave a message on the answer machine. All calls are answered between the hours of 6:30 and 8pm Monday to Fridays… Messages are not answered at weekends or outside of these hours and if you want a returned call, make sure you leave your name and your number.

Spring has sprung and it’s been a full year since Aled had his first surgery, so that he could continue to give the best service to all his customers.

Kai has been fantastic at stepping in at the last second, when it all went a bit wrong for Aled and he has certainly made us extremely proud indeed. 😊

Aled has been back out and about slowly and Kai will continue with the business until Aled can at least be left unsupervised on his own 😄

We want to take this opportunity to thank all the customers who have been patient while Aled was off and who were very happy for Kai to do the work instead. And thank you to all that have wished us well as a family during the tough times we had.

Business hours are from early in the morn, until 5pm, so when you call Aled, he cannot answer until the evening time.

Good morning to all.

Unfortunately due to further health complications, Aled is out of Action.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and dissapointment, however this cannot be helped. We have lots of lovely customers who continue to be very accommodating with Aled and we are extremely grateful.

We will be in touch with our booked customers throughout the week.

We do also appreciated that you need your work doing, and we understand that you may need to find some else.

Kai Davies is going to be busy taking over for a while, but this won't be set in stone for a few weeks and he is unable to carry out a lot of what Aled does, but will be able to do plenty of other works.

You can continue to leave your messages and we will get back to you, but perhaps not straightaway.

It's been a hard year from the start and we are thankful so many of you are looking out for us as a family.

Due to ongoing health problems, Action Aerials will now unfortunately continue to be out of Action until further notice.
This is regrettable and am sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

I will be out of action for the next 8 weeks due to surgery, but will endeavour to answer calls in about 5 to 6 weeks time, to make bookings. We are now closed for Christmas and will return on the 4th of January.

Action Aerials and Satellite services is currently underway returning to work. This is being carried out with careful consideration to my customers and their health and well-being. When booking in a visit, the way in which I carry out the visit is discussed with you over the phone and is based predominantly on how your safety is my first concern.

Due to current guidelines, all public areas have been recommended to shut down to prevent the spread. It is therefore, in my customers best interest if i do not enter your homes during this very trying time. I will offer any help support and advice over the phone as best as I possibly can. I will however, attend homes who have no TV at all under strict rules that have been advised to me. This will include not speaking with you in your home and for you to be in another room when I am there. I will be wearing gloves and a mask when I attend your home but will discuss these conditions with you further on the phone prior to my arrival. I will not deal in cash whatsoever. Information may change daily, but will keep you informed here on Facebook and on the Action Aerials answer machine.

May I take this time to wish you all well and please keep yourselves safe. The quicker we make these changes , the quicker we can try and get back to normality.
