We accept consoles, laptops, PCs, tablets & phones—broken or unused! 🖥️💻 Devices are repaired & given to those in need, free of charge. I collect from Merthyr county, Caerphilly borough, Blaenau Gwent, Cwmbran & Cardiff. Drop-offs welcome!

Sony Vaio laptop collected this morning from Mountain Ash

- disassembled, cleaned due to overheating
- Windows 11 Pro installed with Office 365
- Replaced hard drive with SSD.

Now currently undergoing testing, before putting aside for rehoming.

This is the standard repair process for laptop donated to the project.

Appeal for Laptops and Tablets

The project is supporting a possible upcoming initiative, a homework club within the Caerphilly area. Which will provide 12–15 secondary school pupils with access to IT equipment. This will allow young people who struggle with digital access to attend the club and complete schoolwork in a supportive environment.

Any donations toward this would be greatly appreciated, as I can pass them directly to the initiative.

These items can be fully functional, unused, old, or faulty. I’ll repair and upgrade them where possible.

Starting the Fix 2 Donate Project back up over the summer until September before starting my Cardiff Uni Masters course.

I'm looking the following to keep up with requests over the summer, six‑week holidays as had a few already, one off a NHS health board for a patient in need 🙂

Able to collect
Broken, old or unused
- Laptops
- Mobile Phones
- Tablets
- Consoles

Unable to take due to space
- Desktop PC
- Monitors
- Printers

At the moment only able to collect from Caerphilly Borough, Merthyr, Cardiff CF14 area due to limited transport.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Comes with laptop bag & USB mouse

Condition / Notes
16‑year‑old laptop
Battery + charger cable will need replacing (works fine when plugged in)
Mouse pad is temperamental
Two keycaps are missing, but the keyboard still works
