When we get a spell of hot weather like we have done recently, we often see an increase in IT issues caused by overheating.

Computers, servers, networking equipment and even broadband routers all generate heat.

When the office temperature rises, older equipment can start to slow down, become unreliable or switch itself off completely.

A few simple things can help:

✅ Keep vents clear of dust
✅ Make sure equipment isn't blocked by paperwork
✅ Don't tuck routers away in cupboards
✅ Give machines room to breathe
