Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Electronics Assembly Operator will be responsible for ensuring the assembly of products through both surface mount and conventional processes to meet the production requirements. We are seeking a candidate that has demonstrated skills across these electronics assembly processes, (including hand-soldering). The successful candidate should have the ability to recognise common electronic components outlines and where appropriate their values through IEC colour coding.
The successful candidate should hold basic computer literacy, a high attention to detail and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement. They must be able to work independently or as part of a small cohesive team. While preferred, it is not essential to be fully competent in all areas of the job description as additional training would be provided for the right candidate. However, demonstrable current skills and relevant industry experience is essential.o
