I’ve had a few people recently book slots in and then not turn up or stop replying when the time comes.

I completely understand things come up — no problem at all — but when I’ve already set aside the time, ordered parts, or started planning a build, it does affect my schedule and other customers waiting.

Because of this, from now on all bookings will require a small deposit to secure your slot. This will come off your final price.

This isn’t about money — it’s about protecting my time and keeping things fair for everyone.

Also, don’t forget — we do all types of work. Console repairs, PC builds, deep cleans, upgrades, controller repairs, custom work and more. If you’re unsure, just ask.
