We have had a busy week again!

To begin the week we helped out a local business in Morecambe by installing a full Intruder Alarm system following a break in to their property. It took us 3 working days from the initial phone call by the customer to have the install fully complete.

This was followed by servicing and call-outs to faults to CCTV, Alarm, Intercom and Automated gates for our loyal customers.

We then began installing a Security system consisting of 12 CCTV cameras and a Full Intruder alarm system for an existing customer moving to a new premises.

Well done to the team and thank you to our customers for your continued loyalty and support.

Bay Camera and Communications have been a proud sponsor and supplier of Morecambe FC since we were incorporated in 2009. Over the last 16 years we have sponsored the bar behind the home end, board sponsorships, numerous games, ball sponsorship, the giant flag as well as sponsorship money that is held on account, for a small company this has come at a big cost which we have been happy to do so. With the current dealings and shenanigans of the ownership, the non payment of our good friends the staff of Morecambe FC, as well as the sacking of the board of directors our managing director Tim Barbary has made the decision to stop all sponsorship and support of Morecambe Football Club with immediate effect. We will not be renewing any maintenance contracts or providing any sponsorship until the club is sold. Edit - we will also not sign the ground safety certificate which we have done every year, this means they will not be allowed to have members of the public in the stadium

3-Camera CCTV System
We installed a reliable 3-camera system, providing clear HD coverage of key areas inside and outside the shop. The setup includes:

Wide-angle coverage of the customers rear entrance

Monitoring of staff-only zones

Mobile viewing access, so the owner can check in anytime, from anywhere

Alarm System Takeover & Full Service
The existing alarm system had been neglected for some time, so we carried out:

A full system takeover and inspection

Reprogramming and health check of all zones

Battery replacements and firmware updates

Full test and handover with new user codes and mobile notifications

Now, the premises are fully protected, monitored, and under control—both in and out of hours.

Another busy and productive week in the books!

We completed a major security install on a large farm, featuring top-of-the-range technology for total peace of mind. The installation included:
Advanced AI-powered CCTV cameras with motion detection and night vision
Wireless links between multiple buildings
A 16-channel Network video recorder
Along with a link to the client’s mobile phone for worldwide remote access.

We also replaced a gate motor that had served loyally for 25 years! It’s now been upgraded to the latest BFT motor and control board, paired with a GSM intercom accessible through the clients mobile phone.

On top of that, we’ve been out servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems for both existing and new customers, covering everything from alarms to CCTV.

The enquiries haven’t stopped either! With free on-site quotes available, we’re looking forward to a packed schedule in the weeks ahead, after a well-earned Bank Holiday break!
