Busy Busy Busy! Today, we've installed a new SSD in a laptop, copied all the data from the old corrupt hard drive onto the new one and installed Windows 10. Also done 2 factory resets, email repair, printer repairs, 2 remote sessions, and still got an update issue to fix...

One of my customers has just fallen victim to an over the phone scam where he has given fraudsters his card details in return for BT doing a PC Speedup. Please remember that BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, whoever your ISP is, will NOT ask for money over the phone, and also won't offer services for your computer. If in doubt, hang up and call the company back using their contact number from their website. Don't fall foul of these scammers
