Last week was Ostara People Week, a chance to pause, celebrate, and say thank you to the people who make Ostara what it is.

It was a week full of variety:

- Charity bake sales, where our talented (and competitive!) bakers helped us raise £560.60 for Cancer Research UK & Samaritans. Thank you to everyone who baked, bought and donated.
- Quizzes that brought out some friendly rivalry across teams
- Team lunches with “get to know you” questions, which led to plenty of laughs and some surprising discoveries about our colleagues
- Annual training refreshers and policy reviews, because looking after our people and our customers’ data is something we take seriously all year round

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, from supporting our customers with their CAFM needs to building a workplace we’re proud of. Thank you to everyone who got involved and made the week such a success.

Founded in 1966, Papas Group is a UK hospitality and property business best known for operating the award-winning chain Papa’s Fish and Chips, as well as a number of Wendy’s restaurants. Additionally, they also operate multiple Wetherspoon pubs as part of a franchise agreement with JD Wetherspoon.
