We spent some of last week up in the Lake District undertaking site surveys for a fantastic new corporate client, exploring their stunning estate spanning 17,000 acres and uncovering opportunities to drive down energy costs and boost operational efficiencies with Loxone building automation. ⚡⚙📉

We spent time with the various teams understanding their operational processes and manual building management tasks today, then began scoping out the energy audit across an initial part of their overall estate, including:
🏰 A large country house open to the public
🛍 ☕ Visitor facilities including restaurants and gift shops
🏇 Horse Racecourse
🌳 Two Caravan Sites nestled in the woodland
🏢 and their Commercial Offices

We're looking forward to seeing the results and progressing to the next steps of a multi-site BMS solution design aligned to operational processes and the results of the energy audit.

This week we wrapped up another project on a stunning apartment in collaboration with .electrical.contractors down in Poole. To say the customer is thrilled with the results would be an understatement.

Again, bringing our integration layer in between Loxone and a legacy Legrand system whilst leveraging the power of Loxone's multiroom audio.

We've been working on a luxurious apartment nestled in Poole on the stunning coast of Dorset, and the customer is thrilled with the results.

Together, we've brought to life a seamless integration between a legacy system and technology. 🤝💡 Now, Loxone proudly stands at the heart of our client's home control, offering an intuitive and powerful user interface with granular lighting circuit control, mood based operation and multi zone audio 💡🔊🏠📱 All of this has been achieved with a full two way sync whilst meeting the clients main objective of retaining their chrome keypads throughout the apartment.

🙌 We now move on to the remaining apartments in this development to keep pushing boundaries and creating spaces where luxury meets functionality 💫
