The Attack Fitness Plate Loaded 45-degree leg press is a plate loaded machine that uses gravity to provide resistance to the leg muscles. Leg press machines allow you to train your lower body through a large range of motion.

A Half Rack is a piece of weight training equipment which is also be known as a power cage, squat cage, or squat rack.

The Attack Strength Counter Balance Smith Machine

The Counter Balanced Smith Machine is a machine used for weight training. It consists of a barbell that is fixed within steel rails allowing for vertical or near-vertical movement. Behind each vertical post (runner) is a series of slots on which the barbell can be hooked.

This means that unlike an ordinary barbell, the Smith machine need not be re-racked at the end of an exercise rep set.
