We know what you are thinking... 🤔
Is there a Mere Jelly tomorrow? And yes, there is! 💥

We'll be back at the cafe at Hillbrush from 9 to noon.
People working will be on the right hand side of the table, people on the left... chatting!

Thanks to everyone who joined us for the Mere Jelly this morning. We were delighted to present Rachael Hansford with her Mere Jelly World Cup Draw Prize! Thanks for playing everyone 😊

Big thanks to James from Sprout & Flower for being so accommodating and putting such a lovely hamper together for us, we hope you enjoy it Rachael.

See you all next month - 26th August - 9 to noon.

Well, who knew that David Bell, normally so easy going and accommodating, would be such a bad loser and throw such a strop about England not bringing it home?

Seems I've been left to my own devices to create the final graphic in our series about the Mere Jelly World Cup 2026 Draw... oh well 😂

Congratulations Rachael Hansford on choosing the winning team - Spain. ⚽

Thanks to everyone who joined in this year, for the most part, David was truly thrilled to have people to play in the draw with him 😊

The August Jelly is tomorrow - 9 till noon at Hillbrush and we look forward to seeing you then ☕🍰

A recent study published by Incogni tell us that social media is, ironically, becoming much less social. People are moving towards smaller, private groups and direct messaging.

For businesses in the UK, this isn't necessarily bad news. It just means your audience is craving a real connection, and massive broad advertising just isn’t working like it used to.

We think that particularly for B2C businesses, it’s time to lean into that. Think building genuine communities and creating conversations, rather than just blasting content.

Will Messi secure back-to-back World Cup glory and completely close the textbook on football history? Or will Spain’s slick passing prevail against the world champs? Good luck Jane and Rachael!
What a final!

We've really enjoyed doing this series of podcasts for the MLF this year.

And then there were four. France (David Hytch ), Spain (Rachael Hansford ), Argentina (Jane Belcher) and England (David Bell ) - didn't we pick well? 😉

Good luck, everyone, there should be some cracking games this week! ⚽

Well done, everyone! The World Cup has reached the Quarter Finals.

David B fully expected Belgium to implode and is now feeling a little sheepish about still having two teams in it.

Well done Jane, the hands-off approach is working, both her teams are still in the running.

Belgium ( David Bell )faces off against Spain (Rachael Hansford ) and Norway (Jane) plays England (David B) next.

Is it Coming Home?

We're overjoyed to see the pink Fat Sam's Ice Cream van in this World Cup advert where Volkswagen celebrates 50 years of GTI! 🍦
