If you’ve been into the shop or called in for support, you’ve probably spoken to him. Jack brings calm, clarity, and genuine care to every customer he helps.

We asked Jack three questions to help people get to know him a little better here’s what he had to say.

1️⃣ What part of your job gives you the most satisfaction?

“I love that no two days are ever the same. There’s always a new challenge waiting for me, something different to get stuck into, and that keeps the job exciting.”

2️⃣ A moment where you solved a problem for a client that really stuck with you?

“I built and supplied a new desktop for a customer and transferred all their data across. They weren’t very confident with technology, so I spent a lot of time walking them through the day‑to‑day tasks until they felt comfortable. A few weeks later, they sent a handwritten letter into the shop thanking me personally. That meant a lot it reminded me how much of a difference patience and support can make.”
