The UK now has a Minister for AI. That says a lot about the scale of the revolution society is going through.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years running a digital agency, and I don’t think AI is a huge opportunity, not a threat.

At Courageous, we’re already changing how we work. We’re testing AI tools, building agentic workflows, and finding the areas where AI saves time without losing the human touch.

Over the coming weeks, I’m going to share what we’re learning and the products we are developing.

I’m in Manchester super early and have come for my first visit to .t.coffeehouse - I’ve walked past it hundreds of times. Why have I never been?

Gran Taylor is a real person, the atmosphere is great and the tea is even better.

The reason I haven’t been for so long is because I’ve fallen into the trap of being B U S Y. We all do it. But this is why I love the Northern Quarter and Ouseburn - it’s the quirky and different places that inspire me.

We are in the middle of a huge vibe coding / AI transformation project for the agency that excites me as much as when we were developing Custard Cream with ebay over a decade ago. (Yes the software was called that).

Gran T may not get or appreciate AI, but I can’t think of a better way to develop some of the strategy in such a lovely spot.

I’m inspired.
