In Q4 every year we survey our staff to get feedback on their employee experience at MID Communications to enable us to reflect and make changes where necessary.
The results are now in and we have put together an overview of some key areas. One major success is that 100% of participants feel that their manager cares about their Well-being! Wellbeing is a huge focus across the company and last year we asked all managers to complete Wellbeing action plans with their team members to help adopt a more proactive approach in supporting their mental health and Wellbeing. An area that we could improve on is recognising staff for their contributions and efforts which 64% claimed they were satisfied with.
This highlights that there is more that can be done here and is a main focus within the action plan. As well as our annual staff survey in Q4, we send out pulse surveys quarterly to review the previous quarter.
