This weekend, we were proud to support our venue partner, Manchester Central, with the technical production for their Manchester Pride Parade float.

From bringing the atmosphere to life and helping to create what was quite possibly the loudest float in the parade 🔊🏳️‍🌈, it was brilliant to play our part in such an important weekend for Manchester.

A huge thank you to the team at Manchester Central for having us involved and to everyone who came together to make it such a memorable celebration.

After bringing our HQ to life, welcoming clients through the doors and showcasing what Sterling is all about, our Sterling Showcase 2026 – Elevating the Everyday, has officially come to a close.

From immersive experiences and interactive spaces to our technology, creativity and technical production expertise, it’s been brilliant to see the Showcase in action, and even better to share it with so many of you.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited, and to our incredible Sterling team who brought it all together.👏

What a night at the The UK Hair and Beauty Awards ✨

We were proud to provide full technical production for this year’s HBA Annual Event at Manchester’s AO Arena, bringing together the best in the industry for an evening of celebration, recognition and entertainment.

From staging, lighting, vision and audio to the wider technical delivery, our team worked behind the scenes to create a polished experience and bring the event to life, supporting performances from Professor Green, Junior Andre and Tinchy Stryder. 🎤🔥

Strengthening our lighting control offering with our latest investment in Avolites.

We’ve continued to grow our inventory with the latest additions to our lighting control offering, including D3-110 consoles, following the recent arrival of D7-215 consoles. Additional D3 Wings will also be joining the inventory in the coming weeks.

This latest investment strengthens the creative and technical capabilities available to our clients, giving our teams greater flexibility and dependable performance across productions of every scale.

This week, we were delighted to partner with 2-Work to showcase their venues and demonstrate how creative technical production can elevate the space and enhance the guest experience.

From meeting rooms and collaborative spaces to larger networking and event environments, thoughtful use of lighting, audio, video and creative production can completely change how a space feels and how people experience it. For us, great venue partnerships are about more than simply providing equipment. They’re about working alongside venue teams, understanding the space and its audience, and helping them showcase what’s possible to their clients.

At Sterling, we work with venues across the UK through in-house partnerships, dry hire support and full-service event production – becoming an extension of their team and helping bring every event to life.
