It’s been a busy few days at Device Detective HQ! This iPhone 14 Pro was dropped on a night out. We picked it up before 9am the next day and had it ready for delivery back to the customer that same evening! Now that’s what you call service 👌🏼

A customer’s little one dropped her iPhone 15 into a paddling pool, resulting in water damage & overheating. We picked up the phone from her home, replaced the screen, repaired the motherboard & dropped it back off on the same day! All while our customer was able to tend to her little one without having to worry about leaving the house to get her phone fixed 😌

This laptop’s screen stopped displaying after a fall, only a blue line would be visible at the top. The customer was stressed because he needed the laptop for Uni! Not a challenge for Device Detective though! We replaced the screen, repaired some hidden internal damage & delivered the laptop back to the grateful student within 24 hours 💻
