We have setup a network of street vendors in the form of mobilized dealers who have a cell phone/Handheld device and wish to re-sell airtime to their friends, peers, and customers from their own communities. The street vendor mobile phone is pre-registered with the platform, get an e-wallet account which is loaded with cash via credit card , bank transfer, debit card, cash deposit e.t.c and pin code assigned by system for Handheld transactions.
