Trainee Mobile Phone Technician/ Sales Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team!
M&M Fonez is a mobile phone repair shop based in Hulme, Manchester.
M&M Fonez has been trading in Mobile phones since 2000. We specialise in, device repairs, phone sales, handsets and accessories. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of customer service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and company spirit.
We are looking for a hard-working individual who has a passion for technology. No previous experience is needed as full training will be given. For the right person, this role will begin with learning basic core skills, which will eventually develop into more technical, complex duties.
We are both offering part-time and full-time positions, and working Saturdays will be required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you must:
-Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, with a strong work ethic
-Be a team player and willing to help out in all areas of the business
-Looking for a long-term role
-Have an attention to detail
Your Initial duties include:
-Keeping the shop clean and tidy
-Post Runs
-Processing Phones
-Basic Stripping of devices
The role will progress into duties such as diagnosing faults, screen replacements and many more.
Salary – TBC – meets minimum wage
